With Aktiv! in summer, the Basel region, together with Gsünder Basel, has been sending out a strong signal for health promotion, especially for an active lifestyle, since 1998. The concept is based on freely accessible, free exercise and relaxation offers in the most beautiful parks, forest sections and other outdoor sports facilities (e.g. swimming pools) in the Basel region.
Aktiv! in summer starts directly where people spend their time in summer and is aimed at the entire population of the Basel region. The exercise and relaxation sessions, which are run by qualified course leaders, take place regularly every week and in all weathers.
