New leisure workshop

From sophisticated wooden toys to designer beds made of fiery cherry wood to solid wood tables and antique restorations: do it yourself! As a member of the Basler Freizeitwerkstatt, you will be supported by volunteer carpenters and experienced supervisors. Previous experience is useful, but not a prerequisite. Under the guidance of your supervisor, you will be able to carry out many steps yourself. Work on large machines is done by the carpenter for a time-dependent machine fee. Just come by and discuss your project with one of the carpenters present during opening hours!

Prices: Membership: 70 CHF per year / Use 3.50 per hour
